The luminosity of the bodhisattva’s compassion and wisdom is like a mother’s loving hand, stroking eternally on top of a sentient being horrified by life and death. Hence don’t be afraid of the coldness of reincarnation, don’t be afraid of the loneliness of reincarnation, as long as the altruism with a sun-like splendour and luminosity of emptiness arise in your heart, you can warm the reincarnation. It can comfort all kinds of living beings’ sad faces, and can illuminate the heaven and earth, that is the Bodhisattva!
