[Hope·Embark] Develop Gratitude With Practice 练出感恩心

Gratitude is like the warm sun, warming all lives; Like spring, moistening our hearts and is an indispensable song of happiness in our lives. How is gratitude being developed? By recalling the kindness. How to recall? With practice. How many times a day? Can be numerous times a day. How to practice? By turning our perspective on tallying every day the number of times other people have let us down, to a grateful perspective on how much other people have benefited us and helped us. Practicing in this way continuously, one day we will then be able to feel grateful to our enemies. Due to their harm and torment, our spirit can then be sublimated and allowed us to achieve the rare attainment of merits, surpassing the flooding of afflictions, and also surpassed the harm of afflictions.


感恩心如暖阳,暖热生命;如泉水,滋润心田,是生命不可或缺的幸福之歌。感恩心由何而生?念恩。如何念?练习。一天练几遍?可以很多遍。怎么练?把每天计算别人有多少多少对不起我的角度,转成他人有多少多少饶益我、帮忙我的感恩的角度。这样练习下去、练习下去,有一天,我们才能感恩我们的敌人,因为他这样伤害我、折磨我,我的心才会升华, 才让我生起了稀有的证德,超越了烦恼的瀑流、超越了烦恼的伤害。
