In reverence Demi-gods and deities bear jeweller crowns
恭敬顶礼两足莲
Bowing to your lotus feet
救度一切诸苦厄
Offering protection from all suffering and misfortune
救度母尊诚顶礼
To you the liberating Tara I bow
炽烈铁网遍盖覆
As the scorching iron nets covers all
无间地狱火烧迫
The Unrelenting Hell’s engulfing fires blaze
悲洒甘露降雨母
Compassionate Mother bringing the rains of relief
更于度母诚顶礼
Again to you the liberating Tara I bow
于长夜中无停息
Restless in the endless night
生死流转六道处
Sentient beings wander amidst samara’s six realms
于诸疲苦以大乐
Your grant supreme joy to the tired and suffering
令得憩息胜安乐
So they may find respite and sublime peace
行持他利天女尊
Goodness so engaged in helping others
念顷即除苦厄母
Thoughts of you quickly dispel such suffering
尊汝心怀大悲愍
Precious goodness – With a heart full of great mercy and compassion
三有系缚令得脱
You liberate those bound in the six realms
恒时普于有情众
Your view of sentient beings throughout all time
视如爱子天女尊
Every one is your beloved child
遍于众生诸稼穑
Gently tended to from seed to harvest
降洒甘霖诚顶礼
To you who bring the rains I bow
犹如明日与皎月
Like the bright Sun and clear moon
普于众生诸含识
To all sentient beings
除灭冥暗忧恼母
The Mother who dispels all darkness within and without
最胜天女诚顶礼
To you the most excellent goodness I bow
莲花月轮邬波罗
The lotus the moon and the udumbara
如是无垢座垫上
Upon these immaculate objects your are seated
碧绿身色妩媚姿
With your emerald green skin and elegance
持邬波罗诚顶礼
To you the bearer of udumbara I bow
三无数劫集资粮
Three countless eons of countless merit
尽断一切阻碍障
Severing all barriers to enlightenment
以四摄事摄众母
Using the bodhisattva’s four methods to help sentient beings
具悲心母诚顶礼
To your the compassionate mother I bow
断除身过具相好
Free of all faults of the body you have exemplary features
断除语过频伽音
Free of all faults of speech your have the kalavinka’s tone
断除意过知一切
Free of all faults of the mind you have omniscience
敬礼吉祥德炽母
To you auspicious and virtuous goodness I bow
即如澄水摩尼珠
Like the mani pearl creating clear water
天女尊汝恒时中
For all time the goddess
除却众生心浊垢
Purifies all hearts of afflictions
勤利众生诚顶礼
To you the one devoted to helping all beings I bow
若谁持诵尊名号
Whoever continuously recites your name
又复赞叹与修持
Speaks your praises and practices your teachings
恒令彼等有果利
Always, you ensure they see great benefit

导读 | 此篇修法，出自藏文大藏经《丹珠尔》，亦收于百慈藏文古籍研究室所编纂的《觉窝杰具德阿底峡文集》中的〈礼赞类〉。至尊度母为阿底峡尊者最重要的本尊之一，此赞皈敬度母愍念救度众生的功德，以及度母的相好庄严。同时也劝励行者，诸凡至心礼赞者，必能澄净内心，救诸苦厄，得度母摄授而速成正果。行者依于此赞，思惟赞叹度母功德，必能功不唐捐。
